Wipe the exterior and inner cushioning gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use.

Do not immerse the massager in water or wash it under running water. Keep the charging port and electronic components dry.

Allow the massager to dry completely before storing or charging. Avoid harsh cleaning products, excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat.

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

How does the RELIVO Eye Recovery Massager™ work?

It combines soothing warmth, rhythmic air compression and vibration massage to create a relaxing experience around the eye area. It also features built-in music and Bluetooth audio, giving you an easy way to switch off and enjoy a quiet reset.

How warm does it get and how long is each session?

The warming function reaches approximately 42°C for a gentle, soothing warmth. A standard session runs for approximately 15 minutes, making it easy to fit a short reset into your day.

Will it fit me, and can I wear glasses or contact lenses?

The adjustable headband is designed to comfortably fit a range of adult head sizes. Glasses should be removed before use. For comfort around the eye area, we also recommend removing contact lenses before starting a session.

How do the Bluetooth audio and built-in music work?

The massager includes built-in relaxing music, so you can use it without connecting another device. You can also connect a compatible phone via Bluetooth to listen to your own music or audio while you unwind.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?

The massager has a 1200mAh rechargeable battery and charges via USB-C. Battery life varies depending on the functions being used, including warmth, compression, vibration and Bluetooth audio. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

Can I travel with it and what comes in the box?

Yes. Its 180° foldable design makes it easy to store and take with you. Your order includes the RELIVO Eye Recovery Massager™, USB-C charging cable, storage pouch and user guide.

How long does delivery take?
