We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Return Shipping Costs
If a return or exchange is requested due to an incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Relivo Life will cover the return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is arranged at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must remain unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
